Belsyn Klean-Etch is specifically formulated to clean concrete and etch concrete surfaces and prepare the substrate for color or coatings application. Neutralizes with water and safe for both internal and external applications. Covers 800-1000 sq ft per gallon depending on the dilution ratio. It outperforms commonly used harsh acids yet remain safe to use in environments that are sensitive and require product criteria like non-fuming, voc compliant, non acid, safe around plants and established landscape along limited personal safety equipment reqiurement and reduced labor cost. Interior surface preparation requires the use of safe etching processes and is challenged by the recent silica rules; the alternative is chemical etch. Belsyn Klean-Etch is a compliant products across many states and used in hihily sensitive environments like medical facilities and hospility.
