Neutralizes with water and safe for both internal and external applications. Covers 800-1000 sq ft per gallon depending on the dilution ratio. It outperforms commonly used harsh acids yet remain safe to use in environments that are sensitive and require product criteria like non-fuming, voc compliant, non acid, safe around plants and established landscape along limited personal safety equipment reqiurement and reduced labor cost. Interior surface preparation requires the use of safe etching processes and is challenged by the recent silica rules; the alternative is chemical etch.
